01
Purpose of the Programme
The Sitesprint Digital sales partner programme is designed to
create a structured opportunity for approved partners to
identify legitimate businesses that may benefit from
professional website services and refer those opportunities
to Sitesprint Digital.
Partners are expected to represent the business honestly and
professionally while allowing Sitesprint Digital to manage
the official client relationship, project process and
payment process.
02
Application and Approval
Submitting an application does not automatically make an
applicant a Sitesprint Digital partner.
Applications are reviewed by Sitesprint Digital. The company
may approve, reject, request additional information, suspend
or terminate access where appropriate and in accordance with
applicable law and programme rules.
03
Partner Account
Approved partners receive access to the Sitesprint Digital
partner portal. Login credentials are personal to the
approved partner and must not be shared with another person.
Partners are responsible for protecting their login
information and must immediately report suspected
unauthorised access or account misuse.
04
Assigned Leads
Sitesprint Digital may assign business leads to individual
partners for follow-up and qualification.
Assigned leads remain Sitesprint Digital business records.
Partners may not transfer, sell, give away or intentionally
redirect an assigned lead to another person without
authorisation.
05
Self-Generated Leads
Partners may identify businesses independently and submit
qualifying opportunities through the official Sitesprint
Digital platform.
A self-generated lead must be submitted through the platform
before it can be considered for self-generated commission.
Businesses that already exist in the system, are already
being handled by Sitesprint Digital, or do not meet the
programme requirements may be rejected or classified
differently.
06
Professional Communication
Partners must communicate respectfully and professionally
with potential clients. Approved scripts, information and
processes should be followed when contacting businesses.
Partners must not make false promises, guarantee results,
misrepresent prices, impersonate Sitesprint Digital
employees or provide information they are not authorised to
provide.
07
Commission Structure
Sitesprint Digital offers different commission rates depending
on the source of the lead and the website service sold.
The following rates represent the current commission structure.
Company-Assigned Leads
R100
One-page website
Commission for an approved, successful sale
originating from a company-assigned lead.
R250
Website with backend
Commission for an approved, successful backend
website sale originating from a company-assigned lead.
Partner-Generated Leads
R200
One-page website
Commission for an approved, successful sale
originating from a valid partner-generated lead.
R360
Website with backend
Commission for an approved, successful backend
website sale originating from a valid partner-generated lead.
Important:
Commission is subject to lead ownership verification,
confirmation of the website service sold, and completion
of the applicable sales and payment verification process.
A lead must be submitted through the official Sitesprint
Digital platform to qualify as a partner-generated lead.
Existing company leads may not be reclassified to obtain
a higher commission.
Commission rates may be updated by Sitesprint Digital.
Any applicable changes should be communicated through
the platform or another official communication channel.
Changes should not silently alter commissions already
earned under previously applicable rates.
08
Commission Verification
Commission is not earned simply because a potential client
shows interest or agrees to discuss a website.
A sale must go through the official verification process.
This may include confirmation of the client, lead ownership,
website order and payment status. Commission becomes payable
only after the applicable requirements have been satisfied.
09
Client Payments
Partners are not authorised to collect or redirect Sitesprint
Digital client payments to personal bank accounts, wallets or
other payment channels.
All client payments must follow the official Sitesprint
Digital payment process. Attempting to bypass this process
may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10
Client Protection and Non-Diversion
Sitesprint Digital invests in building and maintaining its
client relationships. Partners must therefore protect the
integrity of the client flow.
Partners may not divert clients away from Sitesprint Digital,
conceal client communications, change lead ownership,
privately negotiate competing services with Sitesprint
clients or attempt to complete a Sitesprint opportunity
outside the official process for personal gain.
11
Confidentiality and Information Security
Partners may receive access to business, contact and
operational information while performing their duties.
Such information must be treated as confidential and used
only for legitimate Sitesprint Digital work. Partners must
not copy, sell, publish, distribute or misuse confidential
information.
12
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are prohibited:
-
Harassment or abusive communication.
-
Spam or excessive unsolicited contact.
-
Fraudulent or misleading information.
-
Impersonating Sitesprint Digital staff.
-
Manipulating lead records or commission information.
-
Sharing account credentials.
-
Diverting clients or payments.
-
Using Sitesprint Digital information for unauthorised
personal purposes.
-
Any unlawful activity connected to the programme.
13
Suspension and Termination
Sitesprint Digital may restrict, suspend or terminate a
partner account where there is suspected fraud, client
diversion, payment misconduct, abuse, security concerns,
serious misconduct or a breach of these terms.
Depending on the circumstances, access to leads, commissions
or other platform features may also be restricted while an
issue is reviewed.
14
Personal Information
Information submitted during the application process,
including identification information, must be handled
responsibly and used only for legitimate programme
administration, account management, verification and
compliance purposes.
Sitesprint Digital should maintain appropriate security and
privacy controls for personal information used by the
programme.
15
Independent Partner Relationship
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise,
participation in the partner programme does not by itself
create an employment relationship between the partner and
Sitesprint Digital.
The final contractual structure and partner agreement should
be reviewed against applicable South African legal
requirements before the programme is formally commercialised.
16
Changes to Programme Rules
Sitesprint Digital may update these terms, commission
structures, operating procedures or partner requirements as
the programme develops.
Material changes should be communicated through the platform
or another official Sitesprint Digital communication channel.
